Get on board

We have a simple story to tell when talking to potential team members, we want to be the best and coolest SharePoint employer in Europe!

That isn't an easy task when you startup a company but it is our long term goal. It has nothing to do with arrogance because we know there are many good employers out there but we think and know that we are different.

We have different ideas on how to run a company (less rules more own responsibility) and our approach towards loyality is new.

Because consultancy is mostly done on remote locations normally we would not see our team members often and that is bad for two things:

  • Skills development
  • No way to do collective brainstorming and problem solving (more minds offer more brainpower)

So, that's why we invented friday@sea. It is a commitment from the co-founders to make sure that everyone has the possibility to gain knowledge and to share knowledge. On this day we work on both and at the end of the day we socialize.

If you want to be part of that powerful and refresing experience you need to take a different road compared with other employers, we see our employees (we prefer to call them team members) as our HR department. They know best with whom they want to work on a daily basis.

So if you are interested in joining the company best would be to talk to one of our team members first.

You can check out one of the blogs of Daniel, Mark, Robin or Hans and ask one of them how to get on board!
